WHAT ARE WE DOING BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE?

only HAND PINCHED PEROGIES

Pierogi is Polish national dish and enjoyed year around by all ages. As stated earlier, pierogi have been made in Poland since the 13th century. We do know, that the word PIEROGI first appeared in Polish cookbooks and literature in the second half of the 17th century.
However, I grew up on this delicious pierogi and now I'm offering them from my Polish Kitchen with over 50 different stuffing's.
It is definitely a "labor of love", we make them from scratch, as it requires several hours of preparation time, but it is SO WORTH IT. The big mass produced Pierogies just do not measure up to the hand pinched version.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR POLISH PIEROGIES
With an endless array of cooking styles, flavors and fillings, Polish Pierogi will not disappoint. People have been experimenting with different variations of homemade Pierogi for hundreds of years. Eat them warm, cold, baked, fried or boiled.
Perhaps the most popular method is to boil them before sautéing in a pan.
The secret to delicious homemade Pierogies is in the dough. For the softest, lightest dough we remember to knead gently. Perogies that are "over-handled" will tend to be heavy and chewy.
Although Pierogies fans insist the technique is easy to learn, you might want to leave it to the experts. Our homemade Pierogies are exactly the same like those eaten in Poland. Its hard to beat them but not as tough to eat.
Finally our favorite fillings? Mashed Potato, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon and Onion & Fried Sauerkraut
